Clutch pedal extension?

I would like the clutch pedal to be a bit closer. When my seat and steering wheel are most comfortable the clutch pedal an inch or so too far.

Has anyone made or know of a good fabrication to this purpose?

I've seen people stack two aluminum pedals together on top of the brake pedal to raise it for track use, I'm sure you can do the same for the clutch pedal.

I fabricated this 1.5" extension out of a piece of wood. It cost next to nothing and is easy to do if you have belt sander. At 5'6" with a 29" inseam this makes driving much more comfortable and enjoyable. My only regret is not having done it sooner.
