i have to push my clutch right to the floor in order to start the car but once its running the 'bite' point of the clutch is much higher

is this normal, can it be adjusted ?

they are all that way as far as havin to pusch the clutch to the floor to start. if you slide your floormat forward under the clutch pedal it should not start

there is a switch under the clutch which must be depressed to let you start the car. Unfortunately there is no adjustment per se for a hydraulic clutch...though you could try bleeding the system...

Clutch switch cannot be adjusted but on this picture you can see the location (item #17) . If you don't found anything wrong ( bend bracket or loose switch or mount) just replace it . It is less than $15.00.... Part# 99661311401

problem solved, if you connect the 2 brown wires from the switch together you can start the car without having to depress the clutch at all
