Guys,

I need to have my car transported from EVO MS in Arizona (Tempe, AZ) to my place in the Bay Area (CA).

I've tried to search online and got a few different quotes but want to ask the 6speed members first before I make a decision as to whom to go with.

Can anyone recommend a SAFE, RELIABLE, and COST-EFFECTIVE car transport company?

I don't want some numbskull to toast my brand new Stage-3 clutch trying to drive the car up the ramp of a truck!

 

I'm going to be using InterCity Lines, since they are a board sponsor and seem to be very reputable. I will be having the car transported from New Jersey to CA next weekend.

Hopefully everything works out as planned.

 

I've used Intercity Lines twice & have only the highest praise for them. Mention that you are a 6speeder & I believe they will discount the price as they are a sponsor. Good luck.

 

Kpg (member of this board) is your man.He owns Excellence Auto Carriers and is very familiar with your car and Evoms as he picks up cars regularly there and transports them across the country.No need to worry about the clutch because he not only knows what he is doing and can drive but will usually pop in the tow hook in the front bumper and winch it on so he doesn't have to keep getting in and out of the car and can watch it while it goes up the ramps.No scraping mirrors,doors ,tailpipes or bumpers that way.Pm him.

 

In april 2008 I was trying for over a month to get my car from Florida to Quebec and got only bad experience with all the brokers and shipping companies until I reach "Honesty First Auto Transport" . They finally took care of me and got a trucking company to take care of my car. Michael was the president and owner of this company and a very honest man! Good luck.

 

have had two cars shipped by gold rush very timely no probs and enclosed...call scargo in sanrafael ca rob will tell who he uses as i remember it was gold rush
