Front wide fender options?

Looking for front wide fender options - front fender replacements that allow a wider wheel rather than full on wide body kit. (Best if new fender mates with factory mudguards and bumper.)

Found a photo of this 997 gt3 cup S. Anyone know if something like this was made for the 996tt?

thanks

alternatively, would a RSR front end work on a turbo 996?

With the right offset you can fit 9.5" wheels and 265s with teh stock body and some camber. No worries as the fronts never seem to wear anyways. Are you looking for less understeer or looks?

Either is totally fine, just wondering what the goal is?

Both. Key thing is this is not to be a track/race car, so i'd like it to function semi-normal.

Looking at the CCW Classic wheels and the best fit size they have for the front are pushing the limits of the fender, and widest rubber that could fit was 245 (with out taking off mudguards, rolling fenders). this was confirmed by the manufacturer. I think it's a 9.5J +38.

that's what led me to look for something to better house them. don't want to dial extra camber in just to make them fit.

I haven't had time to expore the car inside out. can someone advise whether there are any harnesses between the fender and inner mudguards and whether the guards serve as protection the headlights/coolers. I don't mind doing with out them if it's not too much trouble.

this front end isn't bad either, but prob custom.

GMG makes a wide body kit so does Wiked. I'm sure they can get you some fenders.

Also ask Precision Porsche.

IIRC, The davia/wikstrom multi-year-winning one lap of america 996tt had stretched factory fenders. Looked totally stock. Could probably find pics of them on the 1 lap site or R&Ts coverage.
