This 2001 Turbo looks in great shape, but would you buy a used turbo with 37,315 miles on it for almost $70,000?

 

that isn't seal grey, and is it just me or does it look like the driver's door has been repainted?

 

It's Arctic Silver, not Seal. Plus, it has bumperettes!

Interesting it's been there for so long...

I'm in the market for a lower mileage Turbo, prob '02-'03 with 5k-15k in mileage. Color doesn't matter, since i have a paint shop in my under-construction garage ... I'm going to beat the **** out of this car with enough mods to s..t myself.

I know about the vin#, painting, and resale, so if I do wind up repainting it, it will be returned to it's natural color before it's sold, however...

The "plan" is to trade her in come 997TT time.

I was in contact with Techart and was going to work with CEC on a GT Street S, but i'd rather start with a stock turbo and put the extra $150+ into it myself.

If you guys could start to keep me in mind when you see decent deals, i'd really appreciate it. come mid january i'm pulling the trigger (that's when the garage should be to the point where i can house our cars).

Mansour, will do. x50 would be great but i'm looking to work with a non-x50, either way its a non-issue. Love the mods and i'm a big fan of the HRE542s. I'd like to have a set of polished HREs or AVUS, and a set of black TA formulas so i can swap in and out at my pleasure.

My situation currently has me in a temporary bind, as i'm remodeling my home and garage before our first child comes in april. they remodeling will be complete come january, when my cash frees up as well. SO, if you happen to still have it available and some more cash frees up before January (which it most likely will) i'll revisit your opportunity.

Gargan from Nutley which is very close to me was selling his perfect '01 seal grey turbo with 6000 miles for mid 70's
I have personally serviced this car and it is a steal, no bumperettes
