well long story short my 996tt is running 1.3 boost bar with K24/18G turbos , exhuast , headers , air intake , boost hoses , Dvs , softronic flash , IPD plenum and 5 bar fuel regelators .

Thought id kick it up a noch so i sent her to garage to fit in High flow intercoolers , Fvd Plenum pipe , 60lb fuel injectors , Greddy Boost controler and to put back in the 3.8 oem fuel regelator so i can flash it using softronic flash got the car back but it was running 0.4 bar max
thought the problem was from the boost controler so i removed it yet still no boost so i sent the car to another garage removed the fvd plenum still no boost thats when i got frustrated and asked them to remove the injectors too and to fit in the 5 bar fuel regelator to get my car to where it was before ( 1st mod list but with the high flow intercoolers ) yet there was no boost

Please help since my car have been in and out of garages for the past 3 months ;(

Maybe your MAF is blown and you're in limp mode. Pull the MAF out and see if you can boost. IF so, replace MAF. The 60LB inj work fine with the 3.8bar so thats not your problem. One other thing is, disconnect battery for 15min. Reconnect and start it up.

 

checked the boost transducer/solenoid to see if its broken for the factory DME?

 

not to state the obvious, but you said you did intercoolers? Did you check for leaks? boost hoses pop off all the time.

 

Pressure test the car from the turbos..

 

i'll try that tomorrow , but could u elaborate more about the battery thing would it affect the flash , about the 60lb inj it said on the email they sent me dnt flash if u have the 5 bar on put back the 3.8 back and flash

it was the first thing i did checked for any boost leaks or air leaks yet still nothing

Checked that too found out that both raidiators were leaking fixed them yet no boost

they told me to bring the oem turbos to test them ito see if the problem from the turbos and still no boost

Sounds like you need a competent shop to look things over, maybe someone could recommend a shop in your general area.

 

Well there isnt much Germen cars specialists in my car all for muscle cars .. now my car is at the dealer testing it and stuff

Update : Maf sensor checked still no Boost

 

Boost Leak test, then try a new MAF.
