some early mile results
How the heck does Rob get beat by anything other than a motorcycle with 700hp? Isn't that the car that finally coughed up some dyno numbers of 1000/1000?
something doesn't smell right.....can only be one of three right? dyno/*********/mechanical......??????
and just for the record...I have never had an issue with him and don't want to appear to be busting said *********....just curious!

Guys I'm relieved to hear that Joe and Todd are ok. Scary stuff indeed but looking at the number Joe's car did over last year is just insane. I can't believe it's even quicker than before. I know he didn't get to stretch her legs all the way but big pat on the back to those guys. Tom/Kevin, well bloody done to you too. Make sure you get the right size shirt as well to fit over those small heads now eh:P I'm proud of you guys.. Best of luck to the p-cars left out there and be safe- that's the most important thing.
I got a text from Martin earlier, went 188.3 on the first pass. He had to let out of the gas about 150ft before the traps because we cant go over 190mph without a harness or roll cage

Joe spun out, he did not "wreck".
He ran that 224 as his first shakedown pass. Right before he pulled the shute, his sunroof caved in and completely threw the car off. When he pulled the shute, the car got sideways and he spun off the runway. He is OK, the car is ok, but sadly he is done for the weekend as his sunroof is stuck in that position and the sunroof track is broken. Too bad as the car currently has close to 200 awhp more than it did when it ran 231 and would have definately broken his previous record.
He said that spinning his car at 200+ mph with an open shute in the back was quite the wild ride.

Congrats to KPG and TOM on their 200 mph runs, awesome fellas...
Everyone be safe out there, sounds a bit scary... I have been just about at 200 in my car and it was def. getting a bit sketchy up there, wasn't a windy day either, I can imagine with strong gusts how it must feel!!!!!!

Glad everyone is staying in one piece out there and thanks all for the awesome updates.
WOW, I would love to know how solid it is at that speed too.. One thng I love about Gallardo's are their rigidity and poise at high speeds!!
That sounds about right though considering it traps upper 150's, and joe at 231 and trapping lower 150's as kevin mentioned? Awesome stuff, can't wait to see videos.

No, I don't. I can't remember which 6 speed member took the video, but he is on here somewhere. BTW, it was an 11.06, didn't quite get in to the 10's.
