Does anyone know of Force Hill Exotic Performance in NJ?
Folks-
I am thinking about buying a car modified by them:
inventory.switchcars.com/cardetails.asp?VIN=WP0AB299X35696161
They went out of business - were they any good?
Thanks in advance - Gerry

That's Ron's business I believe. Quality stuff. That was the owners car. He bought it from Nelson if my memory serves me correctly.

there is about 80+ pages of text... it goes along the lines of what happen to Jason(angldrkns9) as well as other criminal acts...
Ron is *******... NelsonF previous owner of that car had it for 2 years and no title, fighting back and forth with Ron for it!!!
Car was built properly and top notch part wise, but again, Ron is a dirt bag!

I read that entire thread, took me DAYS! It is truly amazing just how poorly our justice system performed and just how many people those two screwed over. Judging from some of the comments in that thread and examples of shoddy work on important systems like brakes I would be very wary of getitng involved with anything those folks had a hand in. Seriously, folks need to read what was done there and learn from it!
that said, if Nelson is selling that car it probably has no miles on it since he was unable to drive it as he had no title. He was screwed over in a really big way having traded a very nice car and cash for a "new" car that he had to fight for YEARS to get the title to. Nelson did nothing wrong and quite a bit right, he's been through enough to say the least. Having been through something not quite as bad I can understand why he'd want to get rid of something that would cause him such pain to own. I hope this means he was able to obtain a title at least!
To be clear - I'd deal with Nelson and I'd trust the car coming from him. Lord knows if there was anything wrong with it he had years of garage time to correct it!

I feel so terrible for Nelson, I now see though what his plan was (Ron). I met up with Ron when my turbo sold and I was looking for a gt2, he kept saying buy mine, buy mine, I looked for a car for 2 weeks or so then told him I wanted to make a deal. He didn't want to sell it to me all of a sudden, wanted a far buyer that would make this whole ordeal he planned out harder to deal with being across the country! Scum
I will say though, although he may have done shltty work on other peoples cars and cut corners, he took all of the money he stole/time and effort into his own, they were always top notch from what I saw!
Heh, read that thread more closely :-) Towards the end his car gets repo'd and the truth comes out about his car. For one thing it was never registered and was kept on dealer tags. He had also disconnected the Odo and was racking up miles without it. On top of that the car had been repaired badly and at least one and I think both C pillers showed cracking and damage. His own mechanic who no longer worked for him and has apparently bought his old Exxon station stated that while doing some install work on the car (other's did the work not Ron it seems) that he found evidence of poor repairs under the interior panels. The car was sold with a listing of existing frame damage at auction for like $116 and has since been seen for sale for $160K or more by various shady shops. not the onyl car that had poor frame repairs by being associated with that shop either ti seems, at least one Porsche owner got hosed too! I'll bet that Ron's car had it's calipers painted and reinstalled the same crappy way he did everyone else's too! He failed to install the crush washers on the calipers and as a result leaks developed in multiple cars that not only ruined the new caliper paint (claimed not to be high temp BTW) but also caused at least one person to lose brake pedal pressure due to low fluid. Everyone shoudl be made aware of this guy and what he did, the amount of debt and collections racked up against him is staggering and MANY got hosed to include a woman supposedly scammed of $40K via a personal relationship. Frankly I don't know how people like this one live with themselves, they belong behind bars! Our justice system failed badly in this case, very very badly...
The thread is HEYUGE and still ongoing but a worthwhile read and a good lesson. That GT2 was apparently sold in such a way that the title got hung up in taxes and loans pretty badly. You dodged a bullet, sadly it hit someone else who traded a pretty nice car to get into a real mess with those losers. It's an epic tragedy...

You are on the money, I was basing my opinion upon the condition/previous owner and history and mods put into his gt2. His murci on the other hand was a mess, I believe all those terrible repairs could have been before him and why he got it, because it was cheap or bought it wrecked and repaired it cheaply and terrible to cut costs and corners. In the end it's irrelevant, they belong behind bars for life.
