anyone know how to fix this or how it is attached?

seems my subs make this thing chirp and creak and ive located it to the little flashing led that blinks when the alarm is on. it seems to be easily movable but i didnt want to just tug at it. its located at the base of the front windshield and it sits on top of the dash itself.

any tips on removing it so i can put something underneath? thanks in advance.
