CM clutch + CM LWFW compatible with Evoms slave delete kit?

Found this today.

Got a Clutch Masters Stage 3 Full Disk with FiberTough and Clutch masters LWFW in transit.

Looking into doint the evoms slave delete kit but heard it's not compatible with some clutches.

Can anyone confirm this? thank you

This winter I'm doing roughly the same thing.
I've purchased the Evoms GT2 kit some time ago, and just got my CM Stg3 from Vivid, but I'm using the dual mass.
Actually talked to the fellows at ClutchMasters about it, and they say it's a good choice.
We are good-to-go.

awesome, thanks.

orig reason i asked was because Dan frm vivid advised that the conversion wasnt compatible with some clutches. this was some time ago and i couldnt' remember details or possible i misunderstood.

to confirm, dual or LWFW makes no difference, both are compatible?

any idea which vendors got the kit (gt2 slave) in stock?

thanks again

The Clutch Masters clutch kits are designed to work just like the OEM. The clutch also works on a GT2, so it will work. I was saying that the difference between the Clutch Masters Twin Disk and that of like the Tilton is, the Tilton REQUIRES the GT2 parts to work. Clutch Masters does not.

I think the only real variable would be the stack height of the clutch from crank boss to ears on the throwout. Any deviation would cause a difference in the take up point at the pedal. This as been "adjusted" by some by changing the length of the clutch slave pushrod. This is a painful process as the tran would have to go in and out several times presumably to get it right, but can be done.

Stick with those who have done it before is what I did.
Dual mass for me as I didn't want the rattle, although the LWFW has it's devoted following.
CM Stage 3 with fiber tough. Again, good reviews and normal take up.
GT2 Kit. I think it's only available through EVOMS as a complete kit. This is a must.

I wouldn't drive your car anymore as your slave is really pushing Pentosin bad. I'd spend a little time too and get that mess cleaned up good.
Cheers.

JJbravo - i wonder what the proper adjustment should be for the set up we're using?

Dan - thanks for your clarification and help as always a pleasure to deal with you.

The EVOMS GT2 slave conversion kit works with any clutch that's designed to work like the OEM
