is this normal ? please help

sometimes my temperture thing says 180 when its normal then i notice when i drive longer or drive it hard a bit it goes up to 190 is this normal? please help

Mine usually stays around the "0" of the 180. When is the last time that you took a vacuum to the front grills and cleaned all the debris away from the radiators?

190 is within acceptable range as per factory specs however if it should start to rise at any time above that point, you should pay close attention.

It's possible also that there was some coolant service done in the recent history where not all of the air was purged from the system. Air in the system will result in slightly higher cyl head/coolant temps.

Once warmed up, mine never moves from between the 8 & 0 in 180...regardless of conditions or driving

Mine always reads 180 on the street, but on track it goes up to 190 or so.
