sample ppi report

anyone have a ppi report they received and could post it? the one i got looked like those sheets service advisers fill out when you bring your car in for service and in the comments section he filled out the overrevs

mine was done at a very good and trusted porsche dealer and there ppi is bascially the same check they do when cpo'ing a car, i think its arround 180 checks

personally i would want a much more thorough ppi than the one you got

okay so i'm not crazy then & i paid $225. it would've been nice to know what exactly he looked for.

Agreed. THe benefit to a "CPO Checklist" is manifold:

1. More items are checked
2. They must explicitly check/document items
3. The CRITERIA for evaluation are also defined in the CPO procedure

i would chalk up the $225 to experience and take it somewhere else for a proper ppi

i think i paid $325 for my ppi at a porsche dealer

i guess so you would think a place that says they've sold tons of Porsche would know. make me wonder...
