Anyone got a V-Box a box I can borrow to post some 60-130 times?

Now that I've got the car dialed in, I'd like to run some 60-130 times.

It's perfect weather for that in Cali. We're getting down to the low 40s at night. It's nice and crisp. The car just screams at these temps.

I'm going to hook up my Brockway this week. Just want to make sure it's not leaning out at these temperatures.

Any tips? I assume running start in 3rd and a good shift through 4th?

Yup. Start in 3rd at around 30-35mph and stomp on it. DON'T hit the limiter in 3rd and shift as fast as you can into 4th and hold it until the limiter. Some start in 2nd gear, at 30 or so, and do 2 shifts. I'm guessing 6.5-6.6? Good Luck!!!

This may be a tall order on Cali craptane. I would guess 7.3-7.9 on 91 octane. Maybe 6.8 to 7.1 on 100+. Of course he could go faster or slower with shifting variability.

Well, I'm basing my guess off "WHP". At 525awhp, I ran 6.6. He's at 530ish (on some other dyno), but probably pretty close. IMO, with enough practice, easily is the 6's if he's over 500whp.

You may be right Mike.
What I was thinking was that Ari has GT-28s which dont perform as well as 24/18g at similar whp probably because of less torque, imo. When I had roughly 550whp I ran a 7.6. (But that was with my shifting) !!

I figure whp is whp? I was full weight when I ran 6.6 too. Maybe you're right, maybe he's in the 7.0-7.2 range? Very curious to see. What other GT28 cars have run?

Good luck Ari. I'm thinking 7.5-8.0.

Fastest GT-28 I know was Art with 6.15s with all supporting mods and maybe some weight reduction. Most GT-28 setups are between 7-8s unless they are loaded up with supporting mods and race gas tunes.
