Decisions, Decisions - Help me!
Thanks Jon! OK I am trying to put a list of parts together and here is what I have so far:
Set of Coilovers
Front and Rear Sway Bars
Front and Rear End Link Sets
GT3 Front Lower Control Arms and Shims
Rear Upper Dogbones
Rear Toe Links
Am I missing anything?
Thanks again guys!!!

You are welcome to drive my car any time to see how you like the street feel of the JIC. I don't have any other pieces on my car, but that should not matter for the street.
Good luck, your car is shaping up into a great setup!
TK
Adjustable thrust arm bushing for the caster adjustment
Rear camber locking plates{cheap} keep your rear alignment from changing. Without these I have read where some guys have had their alignment change while at the track and ruined their weekend.
JIC's offer various spring rates so they are a pretty good choice. KW does also and they are supposed to be highly thought of in Europe. If I were you, I'd call a racing shop like GMG, ask for Fabryce and talk to him about the variables. He can set you straight as far as spring rates and alignment settings. Jon has his car well sorted for the tires he uses. I tried other tires and had to change my settings after eating up the rears. Since alignment is tire specific, you may want to think about that ahead of time. Street tires and track tires will have different settings. And before I forget, R compound track tires make a huge difference in track performance. I have followed professional racing all my life and had always heard that tires really make the car handle, but never really understood that until I got my first set of sticky tires and felt it for myself.

Agree again with Larry. I use Michelin PSC's on the track. My car eats Hoosiers in a couple of days.
Also correct about street vs. track alignment. I go back to the stock alignment specs for the street, where I use Kumhos. Nice thing about the setup we've described is that it isn't too hard to go back and forth. I use Longacre toe plates and Smartcamber tool for camber to check, but for the most part, I just count turns on the adjustments to go between the two setups.

I wonder why some people can't get more camber with their JIC's...... I've seen LOTS of 996's with JIC easily well over 2*.
Personally I think spending 10k on suspension is overkill unless you're going to track it extensively.

RSS is where I bought them. They go by Stuttgart performance on the web. They are a site sponsor here.

So will probably start with some coilovers and sways and go from there... That will probably get me 90% of where I need to be anyway... I ain't that skilled to need the other 10% yet!
But then that adds a whole new can of worms. How to get the track tires to the track...

My poor little van does not have the capacity to tow the heavy p-car...
Funny thing you have going on there with the wife. I am in the same negotiations after our 3rd kid was born 2 1/2 months ago
I am currently on a black ops project to get my K24/18gs installed, but I am trying to get my KWv3's with a 'SNIP SNIP' deal. Hope mine works out like yours is.
Oh yeah, My vote is for suspension 1st.
Good Luck

All but one of them are AWD, including mine. I had 2.8 on the front of mine, so did Al Norton. Manalex had well into the 2's as well. All turbo's. There was another member who sold his Turbo, he had it way up there too. The rear's were over 2* as well. The only mods were JIC with included camber plates.
Porsche tolerances are pretty tight, I can't see how you could get that on so many in one place, and intermittently anywhere else.
This is an excellent start. Make sure you talk to someone knowledgeably about the spring set, not just some vendor who sells parts. You'll thank me later. GMG, Viper Bob, someone like these guys.
