Switzer, I like your design being that the air intake will stay clean (or cleaner than the opposite side).

I'm no engineer and didn't sleep at the Holiday Inn Express either, but with the IC's radiating heat, wouldn't the air feeding the turbo intakes be cooler if it was coming from above and outside. I'm just trying to learn, not criticize.

I'm not an engineer either, but I would think... when the car is moving the cool air from the turbo ducts should push the warm air to the other side. Just MO.

Probably right, and that proves why I'm not an engineer. I don't think these things through.

Thanks Mark, you as well bud!

When will the new power be rolling out?

Yes the intake temps are much cooler and cleaner with that setup.

Gotta love how we have had roughly 3-5 threads about IC's this past year and all of them include a dispute about secans..

that set up is on most if not all 1000+rwhp P cars... be it 996 or 997s...
The air still gets in from the outside... the side scoop... you decrease the path by at least 4 feet per turbo and it doesnt go through and behind the hot engine.
In this se tup you have less then 2 feet to the turbo .. a direct path vs. mangled junk like in the pic below... also my set up does the same....

I see the wisdom in it now.

Mark, what is the black device attached to the IC that is sitting in front of the intake air filter?

Looks like the BOV relocated to the IC.

Nice IC's you have! One question though, while I don't own a turbo, what's the size ( width x length x thickness) of OEM IC?
