Can you use VAG-COM on a turbo?
So I've been an audi/vw guy for awhile, as such I have a VAG-COM, which can read codes, do all sorts of logging, etc, etc.
Does it have the same capabilities on the turbo? Reason I ask is it can't do diddly on my BMW, much to my dismay...

Security codes? What are those? So can it check all codes, reset CEL's, reset adaptations and log IAT's and the like?
On my audi I was also able to recode things like the power windows, central locking, radio, etc...

The hex-can or hex-com cable will work with our flashloader and datalogger.
I've used the VAG-COM as a general OBD-II tool a few times but on those cars it obviously had none of the manufacturer specific codes. Worked to do a reset though and I expect to be doing it again soon on a Toyota...
