I have a leak that does not appear too be coming from my cylinder heads, but from somewhere on the top of the motor. Took into dealership and they say it might be coming from the "cam cover gasket" (drivers side if makes a diff) also said that motor would have to be removed to replace - 18 hours and $800 in parts.... any help / insight would be greatly appreciated.... Ryan

Yes - but.... The car was in my brother's collection for 3 years. Driven a total of 200 miles in that time. Was pre-certified at Park Place before he bought it - which would have included an oil change as well... Had some residue on it when I bought it from him 3 weeks ago when I had the oil changed again... what are you thinking? That the oil from the filter is dripping down???

hahaha , actually I had a similar leak last month but it was coolant, it took 2 weeks for the dealer to get it right, they had to replace a couple of rubber seals on top of the engine (about $20 in parts).
Good luck!
