hey guys, i kno that this is a little off topic but i thought that you would appriciate my story. last tuesday i was driving up to Mt.high with some friends when, in the mountain road going the opposite direction, i spot a new m5, the new 2007 7 series, and the redesigned 3 series all in camo! if this was not kool enough, the day after i was going to see a movie in "The Commons" in Calabasas. As im looking for a parking spot i spot beautifal quad exausst and asome black 19's out of the corner of my eye. i park my humble wrx next to what was a camoflauged M5! after thorough inspection i relized that the wheels were only black because they had put black tape to further disguise the wheels. We decide that if we dont stop drooling, we were going to miss our movie. As we are walking toward the theater we see two guys walking toward the car. it was theirs. it turns out that the guy driving the m5 was employed by bmw to test their cars all day. he said that he had thaken the m5 up to its limited top speed of 155 . he also said that when he tested the m6 he was able to get it faster that the m5. we begged him for a ride but he said he wasnt allowed. he did rev the engine for us tho, and it sounded amazing. not a deep rumble, but sumthing more ferrari-esq. he launched and it was awsome! well thats my story for yah

3+ months ago, a 6 series BMW with a M6 badge and quad exhaust pipes drove past me on the freeway. It sure looked real to me????

Last night, I saw a CL65 parked at Blockbuster on Ventura Blvd at Topanga. It was black, with aftermarket black wheels. Now that is a beautiful car!!!

All the x65 cars are beautiful, but I love their wheels. That anthracite finish looks so good.

I'm sure that the M6 is even faster than the M5, at least, so that the owners can justify spending the $20,000, or theseabouts, for diffrence between them.

 

i saw the new m5 in disguise in pasadena.... the quad exhaust gave it away.... in front of smitty's grill on lake...
