The car in the add in posing as a GT2. Not many of us would be caught dead driving a fake GT2. Look here:

My thoughts... not sure it's that "rare". They claim a yellow stitched interior, I do not see it other than the belts. The seats are the soft cushy leather which many do not like it seems. It's got GT2 badges and is obviously NOT a GT2 despite some aero upgrades. It has a tiptronic, again not everyone likes that. Chrome wheels aren't exactly common on these cars but that's a matter of taste IMO. They claim it is loaded with factory options but honestly I'm not seeing many options other than the CD changer. Looking at the engine bay picture I see some odd hoses on the left side - almost looks like a nitrous system but not being familiar with Tiptronic cars I could be wrong - any Tiptronic owners willing to chime in? If it's got nitrous I see no bottle anywhere so I'm pretty curious, one hose runs horizontal and appears to then poke straight into the Y-pipe? I see no such hoses in VividRacingTX's engine bay pics!
Paintwork looks good in the pics and with GT2 parts on it has had some paintwork for sure. The price is good but not screaming steal good at 60K+ miles. Find out if a 60K service was done as I believe that one may be pricey - not experienced it myself.
All in all I would urge caution! If you really want an automatic in yellow do not be blinded by that desire. I think some of what they state is over the top and the price maybe a little high, I'm just not really good at sorting that but hairs stand on end looking it over for some reason... Good Luck!

If you are serious about the car pay for an inspection by someone who is familiar with Porsches. I would never buy a car like this (especially with higher mileage) without doing this. Have them meter the paint for signs of prior bodywork. I assume you've seen a Carfax.
It's a nice looking car but the GT2 badging is just wrong and will bring more scoffs than thumbs up by anyone who knows what a GT2 really is. Also, be prepared to walk away if something isn't right. It seems to be a buyers market and there are a lot of good deals out there.

get rid of the wheels and remove the GT2 badge and you got a nice car ,not sure about the interior ,it look pretty worn.

This dealership is relatively close to me.
Before I bought my M3, I went to that dealer to see another M3 they had on Autotrader.
In the photos the car looked great, but when seeing the car in real life, it wasn't that great anymore. Tires not wearing out evenly is one thing I clearly remember.
The entire place in general was kind of shady looking, and I could see in the back a few cars with body damage being worked on.
Let's just say that I wouldn't buy a car from there, let alone a Porsche. But since you said that you are flying down - I will let you decide for yourself.
In any case, get a PPI done.
There are many good places around:
Rennsport-1
Champion Motorsports
USP Motorsports
FVD
While you're in the area, and if your budget can flex a bit, I would suggest you take a look at Jenkins Auto Sales. They have a 2003 silver tiptronic with very nice aftermarket parts on it. (HRE P40's, Brembo 15" monoblock BBK front and rear, Coilovers, FVD steering wheel, etc.) it's on ebay as well..
CarFax has a note of a minor incident it had though, so a PPI is a must here as well.
Good luck
