Here ya go. I don't know if you have to take the servo pump wheel off... I don't think I did when I replaced my alternator. Be sure to draw a map of the belt routing to be 100% sure you can get it back on right.

You just need to loosen the servo pump wheel bolts 1/2 turn or so. Taking off the intake is what takes the longest I feel. There really is just enough room in there for an Evoms intake! Other than that, getting the belt around all of the pulleys can be difficult, expect some bloody knuckles and swearing. If you happen to have your rear bumper and exhaust off, it would make it much easier to get it around the pulleys on the bottom of the motor.

Good luck!

Keep the old one in your trunk in case you bust a belt on a drive. All you need is a basic wrench and screwdriver to change it out. The old one will be easy to get on because it's all stretched out.

Just changed my drive belt using this thread.
Great instructions!
Took me about 15 minutes BUT I did have the rear bumper and mufflers off. I did not have to unbolt anything. Releasing the pulley allowed enough play to slip the belt back on, no problem.
The interesting thing I noted about the old belt was that the ribs weren't cracking as is a usual sign of a worn belt but the backing of the belt was worn smooth. The new one has a rough surface which I assume provides better grip on the smooth pulley surfaces.
But as a previous poster commented, nice to save a few $'s!

interesting that everyone says this is so easy. I'm getting ready to do this and when I've looked in there before it looks tough given the limited space. Where is the best place to start when installing the new belt, the lowest pulley somewhere else? Any tricks for making it easy so I don't beat my hands up so bad routing the belt?

Wow for as difficult as it looked with minimal clearance and access this was actually one of the easiest jobs I've done on this car. The hardest part was getting the belt off the water pump which I figured meant putting the belt back on would be 10 times harder but it actually it all slipped right in. Started with the water pump and just routed it around and slipped it on the deflection roller last while rotating the tensioner. Piece of cake. Took me 45 minutes. Thanks for the write up on this. Replaced the fuel filter while I was in there too. Not to hard either. That wraps up the last of the "to-do" items for the 60k maintenance for me.
