N75 Valve - easy to swap?
N75 Valve - easy to swap?
I've purchased a new N75 valve and would like to DIY. Does anyone have a guide on how to change it or advise what needs to be removed?
It looks like the 'Y' inlet needs to be removed to get access - is this straight forward and would I need any consumable items/gaskets/O rings to refit?
Grateful for any advise.
Thanks,
Jim

Hi, i got advised to swap n75 valve or boost control valve, what caused you to think it is faulty?? Just curious. When i browsed the net i could only find details on vw/audi forums
3 lines go on it... its easier to take out the Y pipe... thats it...

Sorry cannot help you but can I ask a question? Do you know the location of this valve or the Porsche part# so I can locate it. I did a search for it in the repair and parts manuals and got no return. Thanks, J.P.
May be on this parts cat page item# 44 (cycle valve)

it's not as easy to get to as it appears in this picture though.
Cheers,
Jim
