Last night Steve (DriverSource) and I were out in my car not really driving for any specific reason. We were leaving a local University area and as we were coming down one of the side streets there was a Cobalt blue 997TT Cab a car or so ahead. When it came for our turn to get onto the highway he popped in front of the car ahead of me and made his turn, enthusiastically entering the freeway. While the car infront of me didn't enter the freeway quite as quickly I had an open lane and slowly crept by the 997tt. Once I was about three car lengths past him I saw the headlights bounce and knew he was coming. I was doing about 60 and threw it into third as he was passing me. Reeled him in at the top of third and was pulling on him nicely in 4th. He never came up beside me after that Good thing I was on pump gas.

 

Nice job Ben. Good story.

 

From the title of the thread I thought you got pulled over, punched out a cop and ended up in jail

You just damaged someone’s ego… I don’t quite understand that why people won’t come up after they were beaten. I would come up and give a thumbs up… but then I haven’t got my a$$ kicked yet. I usually know who to pick on.

 

Pump gas all I can play with are the 600's on Race Gas and high boost i can give the liter bikes a good run.

heh can't wait until the 2010 3.8tt's are around. they are supposed to be very fast even stock. 11.0 1/4 mile i believe
