3rd light - Gap at top edge? Pics didn't really show it.

The vivid side marker lights fit perfect and took me about 5 min to do both. I was a little unsure of the rear 3rd light because it said " gap " as well. If you get it let us know. ( yes you can't see it in the pics on the site, it looks good in them )

The third brake light has a slight gap on either side of it...almost like it is 1/4" too short. The gasket basically covers up the gap and you really can't see it unless you are right up to it looking for it. Some cars also have to change the polarity of the plug by either switching the wires in the plug or just cutting them and swapping them.
I have a clear third brake light that I would love to trade for a smoked one if anyone wants!!!

got mine from vivid.
the gap is slight on upper/lower edge because rubber on OEM piece is wider. photo here is on an aftermarket decklid, had it in the OEM decklid as well, similar but dont think can tell from the photo. you have to be standing close enough to touch the car or squinting at it to tell.
aren't the side markers already smoked? mine were. got my car from my aunt bone stock, she wouldn't have changed them.
