Fault Codes After Installing Vivid's Racing Throttle Body, T-Plenum & 3 Inch YPipe

here is the new set of Fault Codes that i started getting after installing Vivid's TB, T-Plenum & YPipe:

1) P1571 Porsche Fault Code 39 - Immobilizer

2) P0103 Porsche Fault Code 115 - Hot Film MAF Sensor

3) P1101 Porsche Fault Code 594 - Input Variables Charge Measurement

4) P1249 Porsche Fault Code 231 - Boost Pressure Deviation Below Limit

5) P1411 Porsche Fault Code 208 - Secondary Air System Bank 2 Below Limit

6) P1255 Porsche Fault Code 230 - Exceeds Limit Value

If anyone can shed some light on these Fault Codes and whats causing them it will be most appreciated.

Yes definitly worth it, i can feel that the car breathes better and easier now, and i can feel the performance difference, only drawback is the fault codes that i keep getting now.

A friend of mine, but i was there helping him all the time, but we didn't do a boost leak test after finishing the install.

Do a pressure test from the turbos...
some of the wire harnesses have same sockets... easy to switch them...
I dont know what yo took out but you should always take pics as you go... so you can go back to see where was what stock..
Its human error assuming nothing is broken... damaged and assuming that you have parts that work...

Well I do not Hot MAF Film is usually related to the MAF not being connected. Boost deviation will pop up from time to time if the car is running more boost than stock. Well I'm about 50% sure on the boost deviation code.

First of all check the MAF to see if it has been reconnected. Second call Tony Monday morning and he should be able to get you set right.

Actually the MAF error is not directly related to the TB, Plenum & YPipe, i have been getting the MAF error ever since i installed the 1 Bar wastegate kit, it pops up Above 6000 RPM's but not on 1st or 2nd gears, only the higher gears.

If you are only getting the MAF triggered in higher gears when you are seeing full boost sustained could you be maxing out the maf range set in your map?

Not sure if it would help, but have you tried doing a TB reset?

I have 1 car that I have seen the code P1109. Personally cant figure it out as we have checked all the wiring, sensors, boost pressure test, etc. This car also has the plenum. But there have been many other cars that have either or part.

Our initial test car with just the TB/Plenum, no codes.
Our initial test car with the YPipe and stock TB/plenum, no codes.

I think MY996TT might be right in saying a TB reset could help. Anyone have the DIY on this to share?

To reset TB, I believe all you need is to turn the key to "on" position, but do not start the car. Wait about 30 seconds, you would hear a low pitchy sound from the TB, after the sound stops (i think), and then start the engine.
