OK the V3s are their top of the line ones. They WILL ride harsher... They have solid pilowball mounts and of course the camber plates. PSS9s have neither and re-use the stock rubber stuff. The spring rates are more aggressive also. Depends what you want the car for? For a comfortable street ride just get PSS9s and if not then obviously look around. I wasn't keen on the KW stuff personally.
Alex: what about the one for the Cayenne? Neil said that it lowers the car by very little (same as my techart springs). Evan said that it lowers the car by 4.5". Let me know! I need a set.

Hey Guys,
I just did San Francisco to Miami in 4 days. Trip odo shows 3,500 miles traveled (its more like 3,200 but we did some scenics and twisties). The TT fired up every time like clockwork and begged for more all the way. One quart of Mobil 1 15/50 was the damage, alongside a bunch of gas. Stopped by the fuzz three times and got away with a warning on each instance (twice TX, once FL). No, I did not perform any favors...hehehe.
Anyway, I put on Roock's 996TT coilover suspension the day prior to leaving, and I believe this is the KW Variant 3 set. Bought it new for cheap and there's more where that came from. I'd say 3,500 miles in 4 days is trial by fire and they passed with flying colors. A nice firm version of bilstein/eibach is what they felt like; a bit stiffer than pss9's. Obviously nowhere near the jrz/proton/moton level which is next on the car, but they were perfect for my trek across the US.
Somebody give me an e-mail address and I'll send some pics to be posted.
Best,
Sean

dlm477,
By the way, the set you have pictured will work on the GT2 but not on the Turbo. The front canisters need to be mounted at an angle on the Turbo version due the 4wd setup.
My guess is the Turbo set works on both the GT2 and the Turbo; the GT2 set will work only on the GT2.
Best,
Sean

Alex: PM me about the PSS9 coilover, I did not know that they make one for the Pepper, I actually like the PSS9 more. I did not get an email from Akkurat last time, can you PM me again with the price and tell me how much it lowers the car. Thanks!
