If you accidentally hit a big bump though, you will get into the main springs and it can be rough. We have a longer / colder winter than any of you boys and the resulting frost heaves in the spring are not pretty. With a small effort in choosing streets and avoiding pot holes, it's really no big deal. I would never go back to stock or ROW.

Stephen I forget what settings I am using on the JIC's but generally speaking it was 1/2 firm on the front and 3/4 firm on the rear. Interesting about the helper springs. I thought they were the reason for the nice soft ride over slight bumps. I am using 18" wheels.

Go take a look at your helper springs in your garage... you'll see that they're fully compressed, which brings their spring rate to infinity... hence, they play no part in your ride... that's how you can tell. Outside of rare instances of rally applications, helper springs do nothing more than to keep the primary springs seated when the damper/coilover is unloaded.
im using jic's too but i have the street/soft set-up i think its 7kg/10kg springs on them..
i actually like them the car handles ok.. need to get it aligned...
the on;y problem i have a is a lound clunking sound that i heard sometimes when i go on a driveway/ whn my car becomes uneven, i think it is the sway bars taht is hitting something or clunking not sure yet im gonna have tom check it out....
anyone have this clunking sound happen once in a while.. my car is not very low i have a bout a 2 finger gap on my fender walls, and i am running 18's on my tt

Honestly... I would do the Moton Club Sports if you can afford to step up. Double adjustable is NOT complicated but they are really a superb set up. They are GREAT on the street as well as being perfect for the track. No real compromise on either side.
