Its a 2003 w/ 2300 miles on it. The car is practically new. What do you think a fair price for it is?

Well it is an X50 with custom tailoring so it looks to be a special order possibly. It is also a great color combo - white on black. The mileage is really low also. With that low mileage an the list of options it is slightly high, but I wouldn't say absurdly. Most of the '03 X50's I see are priced in the high 50's to low 60's, but not with that mileage.

I think people are generalizing 996 TT's and not considering year and mileage.

Would love to see some pics. Especially the interior - sport seats, custom tailoring etc. Should be nice.

I would think mid 50's would be fair. Wether it has 3k miles for 30k miles. It doesn't matter in this market IMO.

if i was dropping anywhere near to 60k i would just go the extra mile and get a 997TT.

Yes the car is well spec'd and extremely low miles. But after a couple years and 10-15k miles knowone will pay close to what you will have paid for the car.

Beautiful interior. The question is, does it have everything you have been looking for (options, color, mileage, etc)? If it is indeed your "dream" car, then work with the seller on the price. It does seem a little high, even with those options, the owner is probably trying to recoup some of the custom order costs. Be sure of course that it is mechanically sound, even low mileage cars have issues if abused (esp. 2nd gear)

I think the extreme low miles could also be an issue on a car of that age, a lot of issues can develop from a car not being driven enough and being stored incorrectly. Has the car had a PPI?

Doesn't matter that it is low miles way too much money! You can find some hugely modified 2002's for alot less than that!
