Talked to Hans at RUF today - told me to clean up the area and keep an eye on it. Could need a slave, but could also be result of overfill. He wasn't super concerned that my car was about to burst into flames any time soon.

Update: I tried to operate the clutch pedal with the engine off after a drive.....Guess how many times I was able to operate it untill it got stiff?

ZERO!!!!!Wow, I've been driving the car this way since when I bought it....

Time for an accumulator or GT2 conversion.

Am I right if I think that GT2 conv. and accumul. replacement will cost about the same?

GT2 conversion is more expensive but also more reliable. Accumulator only is about $125.00 in part and one hour of labour. The GT2 conversion is $989.00 + labour.... I think it is over 4 hours labor but I am not sure on that one.

Maybe I'll need something else too in addition to the accumulator, because I can hear a "squeeking" noise when depressing the clutch, so somtehing else is going wrong..
