ECU fault codes

Can anyone please tell me whats the cause of these codes:

P1101 fault code 594 input variables charge measurment.

P1249 fault code 231 boost pressure deviation below limit

Here are the relevant manual pages. Several possibilities suggested, although the one common to both codes is problems at the intake/throttle body. Weren't you the guy who had all sorts of problems with the AP intake kit?

Still sounds like a bad leak. Boost leak test and/or smoke test. Use a higher pressure like 30psi or so...
