Question Clear side mark question???

I just installed my clear side marks today and I have one question. These marks are not exactly clear, rather they are a smokey grey clear look. Is this how all of the side mark replacements are?

Or is there a crystal clear set and a smokey tinted clear set?

The smoke tint looks real cool. It matches the seal grey so close that it almost looks like there are no side marks..I will post some pics tonight for those who are curious....

There are no "clear" sidemarkers. They are all grey like the tailights. As you said, they look great with Seal Grey and actually blend right into the paint.

Yeah, they do look amazing or rather don't look at all since they are so camoflaged with the seal. It is interesting that the ones on my cayenne are crystal clear and they look good because they tie in well with the zenon headlight system. Thanks for the response ESK...
