Markski is the man
okay garret GT seris turbo (not billet wheels) came out a while ago 5 years or more ago came with T3 or T4 type flanges gt28,gt30,gt35,gt40,gt42
tial takes the garret compressors and wheels mates them upto their UPDATED K16 housings when these first came out you could get them in gt28/gt30 and all the same variations also example 3071 3076 ETC.
now the alphas are a garret GT series housing with the latest Billet wheel technology
hence the Alpha 3076r
markski has his own frankstein hybrid secret dont drink my MF coolaid turbo which is not the same.
hint the secrets are in the exhaust housings noones played with them too much in the past but now they are.

Sally says you can PM if you don't want to advertise...
i think since he wont tell noone what hes usging they must be made with graham *******s and pixie dust !
oh and my 60-130kph with stock turbos was 4.257 seconds beat that MFr's

, how is your engine build comming along bro ?
well since its not my turn in the engine bay yet, im out exploring options and used motors and such trying to have every senario covered. Right now the general consensus is all im gonna need is a new head gasket and bolt it back up with a different tuner. but if the liners are scored and heads aren't flat enough the slope gets slippery the more you find.
ive talked to everyone worth talking to about these motors and have 2or 3 used motors lined up and know where to get all the tools to do it myself which door will i go down depends on if this car gets tore down before the end of november when i get time off again. if it still isnt torn apart ill probably do it myself.
ya never know i might burst some bubbles along the way and teach you guys something about these motors that are so *hard* to work on.
i dont mean going faster then people i mean showing people these motors are not so hard to rebuild as ive been portrayed. I under stand a man needs to make a living but these motors are just infact motors its the time after the motor is built where they loose there *** datalogging and tuning the car so they add it up in the labor of the build. when there are only a few people who have shelled out the couple grand to buy the engine specific tools and have the knowedlge and experience to tackle this kind of motor they can charge market rate and get it.
dont get me wrong this is no chevy v8 but its also not a jet engine that takes a team of engineers months to complete either
You are correct, it is not anything complex. It is a standard DOHC motor... There are a few things unique to it, but in the end it is still a gas powered motor... The functionality of it is basic...

You see I get lazy and just write on no sleep and that is what you get! Tony and I had an epic conversation today... I argued that SAE > Un-Corrected only because Un-Corrected had way to many letters in it! LOL!
Not in your prettiest dress... I see my work here is done...good night ladies and germs...
