who has the most miles on PCCBs ?
I would never run PCCB's on a TT that is modded and if you run a lot of track duty. They will not last IMO with heavy track use and if Porsche will not warranty them if they think you have tracked the car why take the risk. Very expensive if you have to pay for the rotors yourself.
I have the PCCB's, I also have modded my car to the Stage 4GT setup, I also track the on a regular basis, I am yet to experience any problems with the brakes, however saying that I always follow a warm up and cool down procedure whilst on the track.
I'll also note that I drove a friends TT the other day with the Big Reds (Stockers) and I nearly rear ended someone, the PCCB's are a great setup and for me well worth the extra money, I'm also considering the Sportec Brake Cooloing Ducts for added insurance.
My 0.02 cents worth

I got about 6500 miles on mine with 140 at Sebring. I did replace the front pads after my track weekend with the new black ones. The old ones were a bit toasty, full of cracks, and were starting to chunk out.

Last anybody upgrade to PCCB's on TT's from standard brakes.
I see the prices have dropped.

I have seen the prices drop from where they used to be, I think they were originally like 14k and now some are advertising for 10.5k which is comparable to the Brembo GTR kit I think +-12K.
I think wholesale their 9K or so for the kit.
I don't think I would go from Reds to PCCB for 10-11K if was a slight chance of having cracking.
The stories I have heard revolved around hard track use only, I don't know how much time is needed between sessions to properly cool the rotors, maybe the others can advise us.
Some clubs your on the track every 50 minutes, is this enough time to cool the brake system with PCCB's?
Maybe with the newer brake pads most of the issues have been resolved.
Has Porsche released any newer/updated rotors from the originals?

Well, Porsche probably figure that PCCB rotor replacement is the least of your problems if you can buy a CGT, considering a bumper cover is something like 10 grand.
Any way you look at it, it's still cheaper than replacing the Enzo/Stradale rotors!!!

22,000 miles on PCCB.
First set were destroyed by 9,000 miles, driven by the previous owner who I am told was a hard track-driver.
The replaced set have now therefore done 13,000 miles and are starting to degrade badly. I only do about 3-4 trackdays a year and do warm-up and cool-down laps as well as only ever staying out for 20minutes maximum at a time.
I removed the front PCCB to save for re-sale, before they become degraded any more and amnow running GT3 Cup front rotors. The braking performance is identical and the rotor cost less than 1/10th of the price of PCCB.

I'm just glad we have the option of swapping to CUP fronts. My Friend's Challange Stadale has no option but to replace with the same ceramics. He's a hard tracker, so guess how much he paid for a whole set of pads and rotors. A cool $31,000 that also included replacment tires!
I haven't heard of any CS having replaced the rotors as well apart from his.

I have toyed with the idea of getting PCCB's if I could do so at a reasonable price. This is a car I plan to keep for a long time, and will only track occasionally. The pros are better performance, longevity, fairly significant lowering of unsprung weight, and, last but not least, no brake dust. Cons are the cracking and degradation, but that only happens with rather heavy track use, no? Am I missing something important?
