New Big Rear Wing

Hello All:

I just added a "big rear wing" to my car and thought you might enjoy seeing a few pictures. It was built by Getty Design using their turbo tail base and a 55" RSR top wing with carbon end plates. My mechanic added the carbon fiber Gurney flap.

I'm really looking forward to some track time to see how it performs.

Yes - at Road Atlanta mostly. I also enjoy going to Barber and Roebling Road.

You will love it. Looks like you may need to dial it in a bit. Don't want to create understeer. I had something similar and added a front lip for the GT-2 bumper. The car was planted!

We had them made at The Speed Gallery. Very rigid and worked great. Dan should still be able to get them.

Jon, what's up man. You better put something on the front (DF) of that car or you won't get much help at Road Atlanta.

When are you running again?

Looks good, are you going to add something to the front to balance the areo. looking forward to hearing your feedback after you have a chance to try it out at the track.

Front Splitter

Hey Dez. I'm not sure about my next track event - probably early next year.

I am still working on a front splitter like this one on the winner of the One Lap event. The guys at Top Speed fab them from aluminum stock.

I am open to other options if you have any ideas.

Thanks

wow that wing is a beast you're going to have to spend some time shaking it down at your track to dial in the optimal downforce to drag ratio.

Nicely modded car
