Did you guys clear all the cache and cookies?

 

my old cookies are ouyta the jar cleared those babies, still no work

 

I checked the "remember me" and now it works, for me at least. Are you using different PC's to log on?

 

nope worked once than back to haveing to sign in each time

 

Strange. I use Mozilla Firefox which also asks to remember passwords, however 6SP has not been an issue for me. I wonder if your protection settings/software are playing a part?

 

I don't have a problem on my computer but when I browse on my iphone I constantly get logged off

 

mine was fine for 6 months or so no it sucks my lower hind quarters

 

I'm having the same issue on my work PC, home PC, iPhone and Android phone. My brother is as well with both his iPhone and PC. We both used the Remember Me option forever with out any issues. I have used FireFox and IE on both work and home computers and have this same issues. I will log in and refresh a few times with no problem. If I don't refresh for 15+min it has logged me out. My brother is having the same issues, but it is only this forum. There are other IB forums that I'm not having this issue with. I though I cleared my cache the other day, but I'll try again and see what happens.

 

I thought the admins had this fixed. I've asked them to look into this again.

on the iPad just log out from the forum...shut down Safari...relaunch Safari and sign in fresh...that should do it unless you link to a pc that also has a cookie problem...I had trouble with my iPad when this problem first surfaced but after logging out and logging in fresh..no issues..
