God only knows why I called 'em. I guess I still love their rear wing over others. Anyhow, I dealt with Neil at Roock to order a rear wing, and low and behold - in stock, overnighted at no cost, and recieved it 5 min ago. I hope this is a sign of things that are to come.

If anyone is interested, Newport Beach Porsche has an '04 turbo coupe, black on black, every option, X50, PCCB. Its around 155,000.

 

who makes that wing?

I would think that the Ruf wing is also highly functional, after all it has been tested at speeds well over 200mph.

 

Roock makes the wing, hence the Roock topic ... by functional I mean it still goes up and down ... i'm not sure if it's been wind tunnel tested ... I am sure however that since Neil is an active or should I say lurking member (extremely knowledgeable and nice guy) he could answer some questions...

cool wing. is it adjustable (tilt) as well?

ruf wing is also retractable (or functional), what I like about it is that it is banana style, which looks sweet.

 

i don't think it's adjustable (tilt) but this is the only wing that looks like it could have come out of the factory IMO ... the RUF as I said before looks after market ... I'm not talking about the finish of the product just the way it sits on the car ... ?
