Pix Request: Blacked Out Taillights
#16
I've never been a fan of blacked out tail lights. They only seem to look great on black cars, actually they look great on black cars. I smoked out my tails on my Arctic to give the car a little more contrast and to take away some attention from those god-awful OEM tail lights. I only smoked the red part to about 20% visibility, the clear area remains untouched. I will post up pics when I get a chance,

V, I used Laminix on mine the first round. In this pic you can see it was my very first time and I did them on the car. Big bubble came up about a week later. I would like to do the backup lights only in the same Guards Red if I can find a transparent version.
Don't buy the Laminix sets, they are a fortune. I have a stock roll of it and did my M and truck so I have gotten the experience level up.
