DIY - Replace Coolant Reservoir
I replaced my leaking coolant reservoir today. Total time was bout 6 hours including time for pictures and lunch. It is not that difficult, it just takes a lot of patience to get your fingers into the tight spots to get parts off. Here is how I did it...

The car has 102K kms - (60 K Miles where you come from) It had a slow leak - it wasn't really dripping but I could smell it. There was a little pink spot of hardened coolant under it when I took the old one out.

Mine just started leaking last mont and had it swapped when theybwere doing my PSS9 install. I guess these things have a weak point on/near then hose fitting at the bottom.
Excellent write up- one of the best I've seen!

I see you didn't lower the engine or drain the coolant like I have seen on other DIY's. I like that! Didn't really want to deal with filling with new coolant and "burping" the engine to get the air bubbles out. Was it really difficult muscle the tank out while it was full of coolant? What about the available room without lowering the engine? I thought it was basically required to lower the engine. This DIY is on my list in about 2 weeks.
