Just ordered my EPL flash.....
Can't wait to see how much better the throttle response is. Now all I have to do is start shopping for a clutch :/ I hope it doesn't go too quick, but we will see.
You will be amazed! The EPL flash is fantastic...and the car runs SMOOTH as silk..
My clutch is holding quite well after 2k miles. I can feel it is on its way out but it is holding for now. I'm very easy on it though.

I have had several flashes from other companys over the yrs and on other Porsches also.......and I agree that EPL's ,which I have now,Is the smoothest and has no gliches in any RPM or Driving mode........
The factory clutch will hold to about 525 ft/lbs according to SACHS

These guys are great and talk about customer service. They should be examples to the fortune 500 Co.s with their response times. Last year flashed my TT Tony and his gang did everything short of driving 6 hours to help me. I would trust them with my naked wife, well maybe not, but dam they are good people. enjoy the car.
My tune is an off the shelf one (not for long, as I'm going to re-flash the car to use different turbos), and I have to say it is unbelievably good.
Part throttle, full trhottle, low-mid-hich rpms...always smooth, precise and powerful.
I have driven other chipped 996 turbo's here, but none comes even close to mine.
I can't wait to custom tune it with the new turbos on...

You'll slap yourself for hesitating and wondering how you drove without it. Do it.
It all comes down to how you drive the car. I know that I am easy on the clutch for the most part. I shift cleanly and never slip it except a little getting moving in first. I also don't drag race my cars. That is probably the toughest wear on a clutch.
