Looking for 700whp

What would be the best package for a standard (996) 911 Turbo to upgrade to 700whp on pump gas, with a maxiumum budget of $20k?

Thanks.

I think you may need to stretch your budget a bit.

3076's are pretty much at their limit to make 700whp(1.8bar with race fuel) so your into gt35 territory,
$5500 avg for gt35's (without install)
intercoolers $4500 larger then 3" (without install)
Exhaust $4000 (without install)
Fuel System
$700 Injectors
$1500 Fuel Pump extra Lines and install of this and injectors
$2000-4000 Tune
$3000 You will need Hard Pipes and Blow Through MAF (without install)
2500-3500$ for clutch to hold power 1500$ for install
You will need to remove the Front drive system to reduce rotating mass and drag as most install the second fuel pump where this is.

there are a few more bits and pieces but most sell a kit for around 40k to make this kind of power.

Switzer on their website are offering a 700 whp package for $18k, how much would additionally have to be spent to support this mod?

Not sure 700whp on pump is a good idea on stock motor. 700whp on a dynojet can be done with 93 and methanol within your budget.

- 3076s 5500$
- 72# injectors 586$
- Tune EPL or Protomotive 2000$
- 2.5" Turbo Inlet pipes 800$
- Stage 3 clutch 1800$ or a twin/triple disk $3000+
- Exahust can be picked up on forums $2000-2500 for a good system
- Aquamist Meth Kit $700-900

14,000 -15,000 in parts will get you close to where you want to be..

The Switzer package is actually ~670 whp on a dynojet. I know one member with this package and he is very happy. But remember the price does not include installation...

Yup!

And if you add any other toys like rims and suspension and brakes, and a fancy GT2 body kit you are well into $60,000+ in mods. I mean really, I could not spend that much on a HP upgrade and not include brakes and appearance. . . .

Are you sure about that? I was pretty sure it was 93 pump. I think Switzer's "P" in P800 or P700 means Pump. And a crank HP figure...

Also here's a link to 911Tuning's big boy package.

http://911tuning.com/996-Turbo/Softw...50GT-p-87.html

That should be close to 700whp on Pump. I imagine it really shines in the race gas territory, however.

I believe you're correct. 670 rwhp (dynojet), 93 pump, with 200 cell cats in the exhaust. AFAIK, the package doesn't include a clutch, nor installation charges. Add in both, and you're at, what, $25k-ish? It'd be interesting if Switzer "modified" the package with cat-delete test pipes and A3071's, for a few hundred more. Should hit that 700 figure, I'd think.
