Steering wheel leather wear
Steering wheel leather wear
I have a graphite grey and aluma steering wheel. The 9:00 hand position is showing some wear. It's shiny and is showing tiny beige colored dots. It's not too bad and I'm the only one that would probably notice, but it's driving me nuts and will only get worse. Does anyone know what my options are? Redye? Take it to an automotive leather shop?
leatherique dye works great. I redyed the interior of a BMW I restored a few years ago, and it still looks mint after 18k miles of use.

If you want to see how it holds up, grab a little bottle of black. Touch up a car that has a black leather / vinyl area that get scuffed alot. I did the dead pedal area on my 993 years ago as a test, I was impressed to say the least at the durability.
