D325 is infamous around these parts
Like JDDarkside

Just similar to JD..jumped after 6 years hiatus from 997.2 S to 991.1 S...Wow!...I never knew..till I owned the 991.1.. The 997.2 will always be the raw finicky fun as **** track car!. Still to me had slightly a little too much under steer. To the purists raw means air cooled..(I’ve owned a 993 c2s..it was like driving a fun zone go cart!..complete engagement...yet way underpowered!...I’m an import generation..all Honda’s were underpowered..that’s why we maid them 500hp front wheel drive Beasts!!!!)...., I digress..

991.1..is refined..forgiving yet much more balanced..it is the true NA ultimate pure P car experience...now the 991.2 have not driven yet..but I hear..and read...it is the future.and all evolution will statistically have better performance numbers (Yet..is if all about numbers?..what about the driving experience)...I’m not against progress...heck...we turboed all our Honda’s before....but I’m an NA man That can’t afford a GT3RS...let’s not jump ship yet to allllllll turbo 911s....Thank god the 991.2 GT3...has a manual option...well I guess you all know where my loyalties lie...3 pedals! or might as well get Uber! Porsche will evolve. It will be all Electric in 10 years. I respect the technology.. but dammit...I want you I smell the fumes!

Big fan of Techart (and likely now Rennline) option....they do get super hot if in direct sun on a hot day....other than that, love the billet ball option.

Your installed **** looks super and probably doesn't get so hot. It somehow freshened up the interior...looks great.
Love the seats, would look great in my car. Who made them, and are they still available? I know this is an old post and don't know if you are still around or long gone.

I was driving aggressive in the canyons the other day, banging gears and my OE shift **** kept pulling up an inch or two on the shaft. Never happened before. It pulls upward with very little resistance. How do I secure it?
