daletu, what are you planning on doing with your turbo. I live in the puget sound area and am thinking about modding by 03 tt, however i think the closest higher volume modifiers are in cali (akkurat) and arizon(evo)

 

I bought a set of mod K16 turbos and mod GT2 exhaust from Stephen at Imagine Auto last summer.
Exhaust is on the car for a while but turbos has been sitting in the garage since I got it.
This weekend, my friend is going to help me out putting them on.

I don't have much mod on the car yet.
GT3 seats, short shifter, exhaust, turbos, stereo and headunit that's it.
After upgrading turbos, I may either get Upsolute or GIAC software...I am still debating.
I don't plan to get huge hp in the future...I will be satisified if I can get it up to 600hp.

You are right, most modifiers are in Cali. and Arizon. There is only a few shop in Seattle area and they charge tons of money. I like to learn things from the car although I don't have any mechanical background. That's why I asked my friend to help me out for installation so I can learn from it.

The EVO hoses are very nice ................. but how much boost are you planning to run to obtain the 600 crank hp?

 

I am thinking about 1.3 bar.
