Thanks!

I just got the first intercooler together with both end tanks. I'm building two drivers side intercoolers first and them I'm moving to the passengers side.

I have one extra set of end tanks I'll sell to someone for $100. I paid $300 for the three laser cut sets. These are not bent yet. I have the drawings to show you how to bend them with every degree.

If anyone wants the DXF files, PM me your email and i'll send them to you.

First fitment check.....what do you think? The lower plastics will be going on too! Remember these are full 9" x 14" cores, they have one more channel for air to flow than the 8.8" cores.

Most importantly, a tight seal for the duct inlet just like stock!!

Thanks Val! These things look intimidating in real life.

I'm thinking of puting one of these on the outlet side of the intercooler. I'll set it up to turn on if it meets two conditions, Car going under 20mph and the intercooler exceedes a certain temp. The first half of the intercooler is the most important for cooling so i don't want to block it with a fan.

Yes, you have to cut out 1/2" on the upper and 1/2" on the lower. I have complete instruction i plan to share with everyone too.

This is Def a DIYer project but it can be adapted to work on many setups. If you wanted to, you could fit 2.5" pipes on it if that's what you want. If i had time, i could have done the whole project in two full days. You can easily do the whole project for under $1K if you have the tools and can do the work yourself.

I like to dabble here and there with making things.... plenty of room for a BOV on the bottom of the hot side of the intercooler.
