All, you can download all the files and instructions using the link below. These were designed to be cut out of 0.090" aluminum.
These are for personal use only. Do not make these to sell them on ebay or any where else. I will under cut your price by a lot or report you if i find out!!!

Today i finaly got the car back together. Everything fit like a champ and looks stock from the outside.
I did nothing other than install these intercoolers from the last time i drove the car.
Results are that the car pulls MUCH harder from mid to the top end. It feels like it's working less while making more power, feels smoother through the RPMs and the engine sounds quieter for some odd reason.
Most importantly, i can't notice any lag in spooling. It hits the boost fast and hard just like with the stock intercoolers but pulls harder to redline.
So if you can't make a set of these yourself, I highly suggest upgrading to better flowing intercoolers from your favorite vendor or the 997.2 from the dealer after exhaust and tune. It makes that much of an improvement if you ask me!! I will post logs of my Intake temps comparing the stock vs these units soon.

Nice!!! I'm a believer now that the intercoolers are as important as upgrading the exhaust when using larger turboes than stock k16s. I think k24s would benifit in stock form with the boost turned up and flashed.

Its loud... thats just a straight thru muffler...

Here are four graphs i made from my data logs. Two with stock intercooler and two with new 4.5" units. I would like to also add that i ran anouther run right after and it seemed that the temps would not rise more than what you see in the graph for the new units. The stock ones kept on climbing.
It's not perfectly matched with RPM but good enough to give you an idea. About 20deg delta overall. Flow delta, who knows but the car runs like a Raped Ape now, WAY more pull than before.
