not sure who he is referring too, i sense it may be me due to my undescriptive response in the other thread. obviously 800 at 2.0 bar is my car you are talking about.... that was not blown, nor did i ever say 2.0 bar was on stock. Originally Posted by PALETTE

2.0bar on A3076s on stock would be pretty brave.
Guys
Member Steve K NY ran a quick 60-130 of 7.71s. His mods are:
K24
Rwd
Tune/exhaust. (Umw tune)
Manual of course.
Lwfw, clutch, and b&m air filter
The rest are suspension and cosmetic mods.
Congrats Steve!! You could have gone about 7.4s if you had been able to delay that second shift for another few hundredths!!

ooo wow i didnt even notice that shift when i checked decline % for Steve last night. Steve throw on Tim's taller DRs for a run, that will take 4th way higher or ask UMW to bump your rev limiter to 7200rpm.Originally Posted by MBailey

This was my first time messing with the vbox and Steve's first time at doing 60-130's. The video vbox is a little tuff because you need to down load the file to see what you did, it does not display it in a screen. What really makes this a nice story is that Steve has had problem after problem and the car is way out of alignment. Great job Steve! Mark I was thinking to put the D/R's on the car.

what size is his tire now? what is the rev limiter?
305 30 19 rear tires (1" taller than stock).
my rev limit is 7200.
we have a few runs where the car did 60-120 in 6.25 seconds.
by the way, the fastest run of the night was the last run !
note to self: DO NOT use the vehicles speedo as a gauge

go out again to the same spot. and start at 45mph go through 3rd and into 4th. dont let off untill you hit the rev limiter in 4th gear. another thing try after you do that is try grabbing 4th gear around 6400rpm and see if its faster or slower.
ok will do.
im probably gonna be by tim's this saturday (we need to adjust the toe on rear of the car).
u gonna be around ?
