Moved the A28 Bar a Little Higher!
Ran a 5.45s 60-130 this AM!
Still playing with these A28s to see how much is possible. Since last time I switched from 2860 cast to 2868 billets and added Turbo Mike's insulating blankets.
Awaiting word from Scott on verification...

I am not entirely sure since I am running on ECU and stock gauge craps out at 1.53 bar. I suspect I was at 1.6 or so...

I don't think so. I am running the same tune I ran with the original A28s. There has always been a lot of torque there. But have run the tune for several years. The larger wheels actually hit later than the original wheels but they do hit harder.

The reason I ask is that the A28's seem to spool so fast that the initial hit could be iffy for the rods.
The fact you have been running them for a couple of years with no problems speaks volumes about your tune.

Never tried quarter. Afraid I would break axles! LOL! I would have to up my driving skills to do justice to her in a quarter! LOL!
yeah as i quickly learned there is only so much it can do on stock axles as far as launch. rwd burnout on aired down DRs is what grenaded my axle.

mike, i thought u were referring to 2868s all this time. never thought u were using 2860s. A2868s are call A28s. Mike, your times are untouchable for sure ( on both A28s n 2860s). BIG CONGRATS MIKE.
