HID lights wont turn on....

They worked a few days ago when I drove the car last.. Just started the car backed out and both lights wont go on... I checked ALL the fuses and none of them are blown... I had replaced the ignition switch about 2 years ago and it didn't show any signs of wear or damage before this happened. High beams work, running lights work, signals both work... Any ideas?

Thanks!

Check the prongs on the back of the headlight. Lots of times they make bad contact and not work.
Or possibly the headlight switch, they sometimes fail as well. But check the headlight prongs first as its free.
Do you know how to remove the headlights? Info inside your owners manual, it's really easy. If not I can help you.

So seems like pushing the blinker bar forward to keep the headlights on does not work and neither does the 2nd click when turning on the lights... everything else works as normal.... ugh so annoying... anyone out there know how the light system works?

Thanks in advance!

Agree also with you cuemaster but our friend ssmugen would be a very bad lucky man if both failed at the same time. I also replace one of those litronic control unit and was really surprise of the price of this unit $700.00 !!!!!! (over $900.00 here in Canada ) But found a used one on Ebay for less tan $100.00 !!!!! Look at the circuit board, it was burnt in the lower center....

Yikes! hope that isn't the case but i'll update with my findings so we can see how many times these problems are replicated so future members can focus in on the most likely resolution.

Thanks for all the input guys. The problem was the headlight switch, quick 10min swap and both lights turned on. Rep for everyone that contributed.
