6 speed.

How much spool am I really loosing? How much up top will I be gaining?

Will the alpha 30's spool like my k16's?

Also. I'm planning on keeping with pump gas. No meth. Just bigger injectors and a tune.

For DD duty I would recommend the A28s. Similar response threshold as K-16s. Still have good pull up top (vastly superior to K-16s). You will be amazed coming from K16s...

Right now I have intake/exhaust/1.0 bar tune.

Would my car with a28's/tune/injectors/clutch/intercoolers blow the doors off my current setup?

Yep A28's are for you, unless you plan to get crazy down the line and don't want to buy turbos twice

I considered 28's but went with the 30's so I wouldn't want more later and do it all over again, I added the inlet pipes and have 50/50 meth, 5 bar and 72# inj and love it, I track mine quite often so I added boost controller - the car is an absolute blast on the track. I kind of wish I went with 76's now???
