Cool Where to buy splitter for 01 turbo air duct?

I really like how the newer turbo look with the splitter in the air duct or air intake (on the side of the vehicle). By chance, does anyone knows where I can get them from? This will be my first mod. I purchased the car on new year eve. :-). Shoes will be next in lines!

Thanks,

Mike

i'm pretty sure there's an active listing in the f/s parts section here as i just read it. they're a lot cheaper than the one's precision makes. these are about $350.00?, maybe half what others cost and seem to be available still.

china... again.

Hahah.. That's funny (china again..). Someone in the forum PM me about the spliter but I'm not sure if drilling a hold into the air duct is a good idea. So I'm still debating whether I should get it or not. Thank you all for your replies though.

Can I replace the whole air duct using the 07+ model?

Mike

Any competent bodyshop can install for less than $100. And no, the 07+ does not fit our 996's.

H8T WP is infamous around these parts
If someone can send me one i can make a template and probably create and then sell these for under $50, its only some plastic ! $350... i know its a Porsche but that's extortionate, and i know some are in carbon fibre but still its a lot of money for what it is.
