I have to get something that suit my age since I’m losing the ability to drive fast due to my age (my eyes are not as quick). An Aston Martin Vantage V12 should be my pick since it sounds beautiful and cannot really go that fast.

I've had a hankering for an SL65 and GTR for a while, but honestly have been enjoying not having the monster payment every month. Shamefully, I'll likely go old school again and do another twin turbo muscle car...thinking 66-67 Chevelle with twin turbo big block or twin turbo LS engine......

9Realistically in time a 997tt w/ PCCBs or if i found a steal on a 997GT2

If something great happened to my financial situation tomorrow, I would not even think twice about selling my car and purchasing a 2012 C63 Black Series... I am in love with that car right now.

Somehow I'm not surprised. I'd rather be in my last car (Subaru STi) for an autocross than the Turbo. Or a well sorted Evo.

That said, for my next car I have a couple considerations but only time will tell. If I want to stay with the supercar thing then maybe a GT-R. Based on what the new Boxster looks like I may want to look into the new Cayman S as well. If I want to mellow out and get a more practical car then perhaps an E92 M3. The other plan could be a cheap economy beater + a Lotus Elise/Exige for more serious driving duty.

You might be able to do that with a Superseven or an Atom all day long. Does not mean that it's a better car as a DD etc...

Funny to hear someone use the word gallardo and reliability in the same sentence.. LOL

996TT - There is no subsititute. It has everything I want(spare tire, 5 wheel lug nuts etc.)and has nothing that I don't want. It drives beautifully. It gives so much fun(challenge) that I don't think other cars can do. Love it!

Either replace the Turbo with a GT-R or 997 GT3 or in the alternative, consolidate by selling both the Turbo and the 750i daily driver for a Panamera Turbo.

Gallardo, R8 V10, or GT2.

I never thought I would say this, but my father in law owns an 07 GT3 and we traded cars for the weekend. It's a HARD ride! The you press the PASM sport button and it becomes cement truck stiff. The car is absolutely 1 degree or 2 more race car and is fun and faster than you expect if you're trying to drive it it like sport bike, but it takes work. A Turbo feels like a 3 series in suspension compliance in comparison. I'd love to have one, but driving it to work would be bit of a chore. My TT is my third car. I'd want a GT3 as a 4th car. It's even more of a "weekend" car.

Really shows you why Porsche is working so hard on PASM and magnetic engine mounts, etc... Stiff whe you want it, and compliant when you're cruising. Real dual personality cars.

wtf

i check ebay on a daily basis for the above mentioned cars, and they arent moving.
Even a first gen 997 Turbo is a modern car. 480 hp is no joke. I guess prices will drop when the 991 Turbo arrives. Forget the Audi, if want to upgrade go for Lambo
